A late fall day found this guy grazing on what was left of the green grass. There’s just something about the primitiveness of prairie life, whether it be livestock, or the ruggedness of the items used in daily chores that intrigues me. There always seems to be an engaging subject around every corner.

Stopped by the courthouse square in Shelbyville Illinois the other nite. The snow was laying very nicely and I framed up this shot in with the D3s. High ISO is a wonderful thing!

….traffic jam. I’ll take bumper to tail over bumper to bumper anyday….
